生物安全密闭阀

密闭阀 / 气密阀也称低泄漏阀,生物密闭阀, 可以将通风系统分隔为几个分区,应用于核电、药厂、石化、食品化工、实验室等场所。 具有良好的气密性,可以满足特殊场合下零汇漏的安全(在指定压差下,达到零泄露)密闭阀/气密阀在典型应用:在BIBO系统中隔离过滤器和受污染的部件。

其主要特点包括:

 1. 气流控制:用于送风和排风管道,能够在更换过滤器或维护设备时有效阻断气流,防止污染物扩散 。

 2. 隔离防护:将通风系统分隔为多个分区,实现气密性隔离,满足零泄漏的安全要求 。

 3. 系统配套:通常与送、排气装置以及高效排风口等配套使用,确保通风系统的正常运行和安全性 。

 4. 定制性:阀体的材料和尺寸可以根据客户的实际需求定制 。

 5. 良好的气密性:采用高质量的硅胶密封垫和整体满焊加工工艺,在指定压差下达到零泄漏 。

 6. 耐用性:阀片开关操作次数可达5000次以上,仍保持良好的气密性 。

 7. 自动化控制:电动密闭阀可以与自控系统配套,实现自动控制调节风量,即使在断电情况下也能保持气密性 。

 8. 安全性:在更换过滤器或维护设备时,能够阻断单个装置的气流,保证实验室内的气流稳定和正常运行 。

此外,生物安全气密阀的阀体材料和尺寸可以根据客户需求定制,以满足不同场所和设备的特殊要求。电动密闭阀可以与自控系统配套,实现自动控制调节风量,即使在断电的情况下也可以保证其气密性 。密闭阀在初始压力值不小于-2.5kPa+2.5kPa两种状态下测试,小时泄漏率不超过测试容积的0.25%,分钟泄漏率不超过测试容积的0.1%,且在阀片开、关操作5000次以后以及经过氧化氢熏蒸40小时后依据标准测试气密性,泄漏率均满足要求 。

- Nuclear Power Plants, Pharmaceutical Factories, Petrochemical, Food Chemical, and Laboratories: Used in the ventilation systems of these places to ensure airtightness and safety.

 Technical Parameters

- Airtightness Test: Tested under initial pressure values of no less than -2.5kPa and +2.5kPa, the hourly leakage rate does not exceed 0.25% of the test volume, and the minute leakage rate does not exceed 0.1% of the test volume.

- Durability Test: After 5,000 operations of the valve flap opening and closing, and after 40 hours of formaldehyde fumigation, the leakage rate meets the requirements.

These features and applications make biological safety air-tight valves indispensable in places that require high airtightness and safety.
